Pre-Wedding

Month of Coordination (Event Management) is a perfect option if you want to plan the majority of your wedding, but need a professional wedding coordinator in the background to answer questions, offer advice, and coordinate the details on the wedding day so you can sit back, relax, and enjoy your perfect event. Our Month of Coordination Package includes:

  • Two (2) pre-wedding consultations

  • Construct a detailed wedding day timeline

  • Confirm all details with the appropriate vendors prior to the wedding

  • Facilitate ceremony rehearsal

Wedding Day

  • Up to eight (8) hours on-site and one assistant, allowing you to enjoy every moment of your wedding day without any worry about the details

  • Direct the ceremony processional

  • Coordinate and assist with the setup of the ceremony and reception

  • Set up wedding accessories such as the guest book, place cards, favors, etc.

  • Coordinate pinning of boutonnieres and ensuring VIPs receive flowers

  • Act as point of contact for all vendors

  • Assist the family, wedding party, and guests as needed

  • Distribute final payment and gratuity to vendors

  • Provide a stocked emergency kit

  • Coordinate load-out
